All physiotherapy services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with Qatar’s healthcare regulations. An initial assessment is required before treatment begins.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid charges.
Payment is required at the time of booking or service. We accept various payment methods, which will be listed on our booking page.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information, following therapist instructions, and maintaining respectful behavior during sessions.
While we strive to deliver effective treatment, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Clients acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical therapy.
All client information is treated as confidential and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Qatar’s data protection laws.
We reserve the right to terminate services for non-compliance with these terms or inappropriate conduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Qatari courts.
